Dianna has a strong academic foundation in criminal justice and human rights, as well as hands-on experience in policy research, data analysis, and community engagement.
Dianna graduated summa cum laude from Siena University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Human Rights and a minor in Political Science, earning a certification in Pre-Law. As an honors student in Siena’s Accelerated 3+2 Pre-Law Program, she completed her undergraduate degree a year early and was recognized for her academic excellence and leadership through the Alpha Kappa Alpha Honor Society, the Alana Lavender Award for Multicultural Leadership, and the Senior Award.
Before joining Paolantonio Crawford, Dianna gained valuable experience across multiple sectors, including her role with the New York State Department of Health’s Bureau of Chronic Disease Evaluation and Research, where she worked on statewide data initiatives supporting evidence-based public health policy. She also served as a research assistant studying restorative justice and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, and as a probation officer assistant with the Schenectady County Probation Department, where she strengthened her understanding of the justice system through direct client interaction and procedural compliance.
Her strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills make her an integral part of the firm’s client-centered approach. Dianna brings empathy, diligence, and a deep respect for access to justice to every case she assists with, helping clients navigate the legal system with confidence and clarity.
