Kyle brings to the firm a unique background that blends business management, education, and community engagement. Before joining Paolantonio Crawford, she worked for nearly a decade as an educator and instructional coach, helping teachers, parents, and students build systems that foster growth, organization, and success. Her experience in both leadership and teaching has shaped her collaborative and detail-oriented approach to law firm management.

Kyle earned her Bachelor of Science in Management and Business from Skidmore College, where she received multiple awards for leadership and community service, and her Master of Education from Colorado Mesa University. She holds a Teaching License and has completed specialized training in Mindful Life practices and  Mental Health First Aid.

Kyle’s background uniquely positions her for financial and operational analysis within a law firm setting. Her experience managing budgets, coordinating complex projects, and leading teams in both education and business environments has honed her ability to identify inefficiencies, develop data-driven systems, and implement practical solutions. She approaches financial documents with precision and creativity—balancing analytical rigor with an understanding of the human side of the work.

Dedicated to service and community, Kyle has served on many educational boards. Outside of work, she enjoys art, design, and time spent with family on their small hobby farm in Saratoga County.
